Fairview Township taxpayers may soon have their say on a project at Fairview High School that could come with a multimillion-dollar price tag.
Administrators in the Fairview School District are working on plans that could reach $40 million in renovations at the high school.
Repairs could be made to the roof, windows and the heating and air conditioning systems could be updated among other things.
The project is so large that taxpayers must approve the spending through a ballot question and the school board must sign on as well.
It could take another five years before any of the work could begin.
