The man accused of killing Marcell Flemings, 26, at the Shell Gas Station at East 6th and Parade Streets is heading to trial.
The judge bound over all of Merle Page Jr., 26, charges in his preliminary hearing Monday.
Page is charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, 10 counts of recklessly endangering another person and other gun related charges.
Page is accused of fatally shooting Flemings at the Shell Gas Station January 15th.
Flemings’ autopsy said he died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
In Page’s preliminary hearing Monday morning, an Erie Police Department detective took the stand,
The prosecution also presented surveillance video from the gas station the night of the shooting.
No trial date has been set.
