A deadly shooting investigation is underway in San Francisco after a gunman pulled out an assault weapon and started shooting inside a United Parcel Service Delivery Center yesterday.
The gunfire erupting as workers at the facility were gathered for a daily meeting before heading out to make deliveries. Police say the gunman killed three co-workers then took his own life when police moved in. UPS confirms the shooter and all victims were UPS employees.
Witness, Sean Cook, says, “…you could see the employees… they made it onto the roof and they were all waving their hands.”
Employee, Marvin Calderon, tells us, “everyone just started screaming, ‘Get out! Get out!’ Just gunfire… Gun shots… ‘Go! Go! Go!’ and everybody started running.”
At this point, Police are still looking into potential motive, with detectives interviewing witnesses and victims’ loved ones, trying to learn what might have led to the shooting.
