Bill to expand beer and wine sales in Pa. heads to Gov. Wolf’s desk

A bill that would expand beer and wine sales in Pennsylvania was passed Tuesday.

House Bill 1690 passed by a vote of 157-31.

“As a member of the House appropriations Committee, I’m also pleased with the estimated $150 million in non-tax revenue this legislation will produce,” Rep. Curt Sonney said in a press release.

The bill now heads to the desk of Gov. Tom Wolf.
