Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza announced today that on Friday, December 21, the fast-casual pizza restaurant located at 1930 Douglas Pkwy, will offer a free pizza and fountain drink to first responders as a “thank you” for their service this holiday season. All E.M.S., Police Officers, Firemen/women, and Military Personnel are invited to enjoy a meal on-the-house during regular business hours that day.

The Pennsylvania Blaze Pizza locations, which include the location in Eerie and five more in Pittsburgh, are owned and operated by Fire Pitt Pizza, LLC, the franchise group developing the concept throughout the Keystone State.

“During the holiday season our first responders often sacrifice time with their own families to protect ours,” said Phil Sero, Operating Partner for Blaze Pizza in Pennsylvania. “This is our way of saying thank you for that service, and for selflessly giving back to our communities this time of year.”

Blaze Pizza serves up artisanal pies that are both fast and affordable. Each restaurant features an interactive open kitchen format that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s generously-sized, personal signature pizzas – or create their own – usually for around $8. Every pizza boasts made-from-scratch dough crafted in-house daily, all-natural meats and vegetables, and is finished in an open-flame oven that cooks pizzas in just three minutes.

Please note that this event is taking place only at the Erie location and the locations in Pittsburgh and is not a company-wide event. We ask that individuals show a valid I.D. or be in uniform. Limit one free pizza and fountain drink per first responder. Not valid for app, phone, online, or delivery orders. No cash value.
