Going back in time to introduce a new beer … All for a good cause.

The Great Lakes Bombshells are behind the bar tonight passing out their new beer. It’s a peach wheat based beer called “She’s a Peach.” The beer is a limited edition charity beer benefiting Boro Women and Family Services. 

“It’s got a peach flavor… a little taste of summertime. It’s phenomenal. We can’t stop drinking it. We have 100 commemorative bottles to sell. Three dollars of every bottle goes to BWS and 50 cents of every pint of our special batch goes to BWS as well,” said Jenny Girl, a representative of Great Lakes Bombshells and the face of the beer. 

The Bombshells and Brews event featuring live music, a silent auction and a raffle to win a set of his and hers 1952 retro revival Columbia bicycles.
