Braddock Mayor John Fetterman stumps for McGinty in Erie

Local News

ERIE, Pa. — Braddock Mayor John Fetterman made a stop in Erie making one last push for U.S. Senate candidate Katie McGinty at a rally on Wednesday.

Fetterman, who lost to McGinty in the Democratic primary, said he believes the race will come down to who best supports Pennsylvania’s middle class.

“When it comes down to it, this race is about who is right for middle class Pa. values and in this particular race there’s only one candidate who really understands middle class values and that’s Katie McGinty,” Fetterman said.

Republican incumbent Sen. Pat Toomey will be busy this week as well, with a series of stops outside Philadelphia and another swing around Pittsburgh.
