(WJET/WFXP/YourErie.com) — A tractor-trailer rollover has left the I-86 exit ramp on westbound I-90 closed.

Calls for the accident went out just before 5 a.m. Friday morning.

A semi rolled over, with the trailer over an embankment. Rescue crews assisted with fluid cleanup while an ambulance evaluated one person.

All traffic on I-86 westbound was diverted back onto I-90 eastbound while crews worked to establish traffic control at I-86 and Route 89. All westbound traffic was diverted off from I-86.

511PA is reporting the area is still closed between Exit 3: Pa 89-Wattsburgh/North East and Exit 1A: I-90 West-Erie. All westbound lanes are closed. The ramp will remain closed for the time being as crews continue working to clean up the scene.
