A car struck a transformer on Asbury Road on Wednesday around 2 p.m.
It’s believed about 300 Penelec customers at or near the airport were affected. It’s hoped that repairs will be completed sometime early Wednesday evening.
Other preplanned repairs are planned for 7 a.m. on Thursday, but a company spokesperson said it’s not known if the accident would delay those plans.
