Local News

It was a fun sunday for kids as they had a chance to go out and make playdough. This is all a part of the Erie Art Museum’s Second Sunday.

Although the event is held every single month, each one is something different and as playdough continues to be something very popular with the kids this attracted many.
However no matter what the event is one organizer says its always fun to see the kids come out.

“Kids get excited about anything if you give them the opportunity to explore whatever they want. So i think that’s what is fun about second sunday’s, especially at the art museum is that they get a chance to run around and let lose and make whatever they want to make,” said Carissa Brandt the Kelly Armor, Director of Education.

The cost for the event was pay as you wish,

Next months event will be held on May 12, and the theme is Memories for Mom.
