Crawford Central teachers have a new five-year agreement

Local News

Teachers in the Crawford Central Schools have a new five-year agreement that will start retroactively on August 29th.

That agreement was approved by the school board seven to two and also ratified by rank and file.  It includes no change to the language, but a small increase in payment for unused sick days.

A breakdown of the five-year deal shows salaries of two and a half percent in each of the first four years and three percent in the final year.  That would increase the total percentage to thirteen percent for the life of the contract.
