Protestors gathering outside of the Manufacturer and Business Association today, urging Congressman Kelly to take action on an immigration issue.
Several people holding signs reading, ‘Justice for Immigrants’ lined West 38th Street today. Activists say Congress needs to take action on DACA. The Benedictine Sisters of Erie also among the crowd. Organizers say they want Representative Kelly to hear their concerns.
Among those in attendance was Paige Bosnyak, who tells us, “Congress has had six months to work on this and has continuously failed to pass a bi-partisan solution to protect these young people and so we’re out here to demand quick action from Congressman Mike Kelly.”
