A man accused of murder is waiving his right to a hearing.
David Dalton is accused of firing a gun in the shooting that killed 28-year-old David Tate and wounded another man. That happened in the 1200 block of East 20th Street on June 29th last year.
Dalton faces multiple charges including criminal homicide. According to his attorney, Dalton waived a hearing because of the amount of evidence obtained during the investigation.
