A judge denying a motion to reduce Damon Henderson’s bond from $500,000. Henderson is the second person in Erie County to be charged with Drug Delivery Resulting in Death.
Henderson is accused of providing heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine to a 56-year-old man who was later found unresponsive in a Millcreek home in June. Henderson’s preliminary hearing is set for October 4th.
The prosecution saying in the hearing that the charge ‘Drug Delivery Resulting in Death’ is equivalent to third-degree murder. If convicted, that charge alone means Henderson could face up to 40 years in prison.
