Erie County’s District Attorney is seeking re-election.
Jack Daneri announced his run for another term as Erie County’s Chief Law Enforcement Officer, a position he’s held since 2009.
Daneri said he’s the right fit for the job in part because of his dedication to getting justice for victims.
He considers the office’s work in violent offender and drug death prosecutions, computer forensic investigations, and child abuse cases among his successes.
Daneri is a partner in the UnifiedErie gun and gang violence reduction initiative.
He’s also personally invested in several other communtiy organizations, including the Police Athletic League and the Erie Boys & Girls Club.
