A man fled the scene of an accident on Erie’s east side Thursday evening.
Calls went out around 7:20 pm for a car flipped over on its roof at the northeast corner of East 12th Street and the Bayfront Parkway.
According to reports from the scene, the driver of the vehicle fled on foot after getting out of the car on his own.
No injuries were reported and no arrest was made.
