Pennsylvania State Police were called to the Waterford area for a report of a car that left the roadway and went into a grove of trees.
The accident happened near the intersection of Dorman and Hare Road.
When crews arrived, they found a male driver trapped inside. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The vehicle suffered moderate to heavy damage.
