Erie man, Billy Evans, accused of robberies in Buffalo, New York

An Erie man is facing charges in connection with two bank robberies.  The hold-ups happened Monday and Tuesday at banks in Buffalo, New York.  

According to the Buffalo News, police arrested 28-year-old Billy Evans of Erie.  He’s charged with second-degree robbery and fourth-degree conspiracy.  Both suspects were wearing wigs during the Monday robbery.  Only one had a wig on Tuesday.  

According to the published report, no weapons were shown.
