Erie man faces charges for pointing gun at roommate

ERIE, Pa. — A 25-year-old Erie man is facing charges after police said he aimed a loaded gun at his roommate.

Sean Acks was in his West 14th Street apartment when an argument started between Acks and his roommate, according to police.

At one point the argument grew heated enough that Acks pulled a loaded 9mm handgun and pointed it at his roommate’s chest.

No shots were fired but Acks faces charges including aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
