Erie man is sentenced to 2-4 years for possession of various drugs

An Erie man who was the victim of a stabbing is sentenced to up to four years in prison for possession of drugs.

Police say 45-year-old Roosevelt Mccoy was stabbed in the head back in October. While police were investigating the stabbing, they spotted marijuana, methamphetamine and cocaine in Mccoy’s bedroom.
Mccoy plead guilty to one felony count of possession with intent to deliver.
