Erie Man Protests Internment Camps for Separated Children

In Erie today, One man flew his flag of disapproval over the Trump administration’s zero tolerance policy.

Taking a cue from the images in the media, Brian McGlaughlin hung a mylar space blanket out of his Mercantile Building apartment window to peacefully protest.

“I thought this would be a great way to show my support for the re-unification of families, and the elimination of internment camps for the children,” said McGlaughlin.

McGlaughlin noting that his blanket is the same type issued in the detention centers where the children are being held.
