Erie police are continuing to search for a suspect, following a violent attack that sent a man to the hospital with a stab wound.
Police were called to the 2600 block of Cherry Street just after 11p.m. Monday, for reports of a stabbing.
A 27 year old man suffered a stab wound in the incident; he taken to UPMC Hamot for treatment, where he is currently listed in stable condition, according to police.
An unidentified suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.
