Erie snow globe spends some time in Pittsburgh

Local News

Visit Erie is using a unique marketing took in attempts to convince people who work in Pittsburgh to come to Erie in the summer.  It’s a full-sized snow globe that spent lunch time in Market Square in Pittsburgh.

It recognizes the fact that Erie’s reputation comes from setting the snowfall record for the year.  But, the campaign concludes that the snow doesn’t last forever and that Erie beaches are good places to visit in the summer, too.
