Erie teen in prison after September shooting

An Erie teen is behind bars charged in a west side shooting.  18-year-old Demond Jovani Williams was arrested by Erie Police Detectives last night.  He’s accused of shooting and injuring a man in the 600 block of West 10th Street the night of September 14th.  

Williams has been charged with aggravated and simple assault, terroristic threats and possessing an instrument of crime among other related charges.  He is now in the Erie County Prison on $200,000 cash bond.
