ERIE, Pa. — A teenager was sentenced to state prison after firing a gun at a police officer in 2015.
Korreon Seawright, 17, will spend 4 ½ to nine years in state prison after pleading guilty to aggravated assault.
Police were called to East Seventh and Vine streets for a shots fired call in July 2015. Officers saw two teens walking away from the scene on Wallace Street when Seawright fired a shot at one officer getting out of a patrol car.
Seawright must also pay $900 in court costs.
