Evidence in question for Cummings trial

A hearing is held to determine if cell phone records will be used a against a man charged with murder.
 
Kevington Cummings is charged with criminal homicide for the shooting death of 39-year-old Rodney Eddy on Walnut Street in March of 2015.
 
Cumming’s attorney arguing that 2 cell phones were seized illegally but the judge ruled otherwise.
 
Also arguing cell phone records indicate phone information was accessed before a search warrant was issued.
 
The judge is giving the commonwealth more time to find more testimony.
