Federal Courthouse begins $1 million renovation

Local News

The Federal Courthouse is currently undergoing a $1 million restoration project.  It’s one of the many construction projects happening along South Park Row and French Street.

The Erie Library façade repair and restoration project is designed to fix the terracotta along the top of the building that suffered water damage.  The repairs will restore the building while maintaining the historic character as designed in the State Historical Preservation Policies.

The work is expected to be completed in the fall.
