The Erie Downtown Partnership is unveiling its first downtown mural.
The unveiling happening at the Palace Building on State Street gave the public its first glance at a process that began in late 2016. The mural was created through the efforts of refugees, immigrants, and more than 230 Erie High School students.
Emily Fetcko, the Assistant Director of the EDP, says that the kids were very hands-on.
The EDP says this mural is one of four projects planned for the area.
