Footlights kids summer theater program introduces the free musical, ‘Crazy for You’

Footlights summer theater program will present the romantic comedy musical ‘Crazy for You’ tonight and tomorrow. 

‘Crazy for You’ is largely based on the 1930’s musical ‘Girl Crazy,’ but involves songs from other shows as well.  The musical won the Tony Award in ’92, the Olivier Award in ’93, and the Dora Award for best musical in ’94.  

The summer program, ‘Footlights’ brings together youths in the community to put on the free programs. The 44th program ‘Crazy for You’ is directed by KC McCloskey and will take place tonight and tomorrow at 7pm inside the Strong Vincent Middle School Auditorium.  

Again, admission is *free*.
