Guns, ammunition recovered in connection with September burglary

ERIE, Pa. — Millcreek Township police, Erie police, the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives recovered firearms and ammunition on Friday related to a September burglary in Millcreek.

Police executed a search warrant in the 2300 block of East Avenue and the 2400 block of Pear Street on Friday and found items in connection with a robbery on Sept. 20 in the 900 block of Beaumont Avenue in Millcreek.

Eric T. Carr, 38, of Summit Township and Pheonix H. Kirsh, 21, of Angola, N.Y., were in Erie County Prison on $50,000 bond apiece on Friday follow their arraignments earlier this week.

Both on charged with burglary, conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property.
