Humane Society brings back popular ‘Critter Gram’ for Valentine’s Day

Today, some of you might have received flowers or chocolates from your significant other, but what about getting them a surprise visit from a dog?

The Erie Humane Society has brought back their ‘Critter Gram’.  

Shelter staff acted as Cupid today, surprising and delivering flowers with a four-legged friend. 

The annual fundraiser in its fourth year.  This year, raising over $700 for shelter pets delivering 16 Critter Grams all over the Erie area.

Nicole Bawol, Executive Director of the Erie Humane Society, says, “Everyone loves Critter Grams. Obviously, we are celebrating shelter pets, love… and we are sharing that with our furry adorable pets”.

Bawol says that with the success of the annual fundraiser, the Humane Society plans on bringing this back next year.
