Improvements underway at the Millcreek Township Golf and Learning Center

Local News

Improvements are underway at the Millcreek Township Golf and Learning Center.  The course is currently in the construction phase.

Crews are on-site building teeing areas and planting grass.  It’s currently set up with six holes, but crews are turning it into a nine-hole course.

The township is in the midst of securing a contractor to manage the golf course next year.  It’s expected to open for play by spring of 2019.

John Groh, Millcreek Township Supervisor, says, “We hope to encourage youth to come out and play there. Whether they’re 8 years old or 80 years old, just taking up the game or just want to go practice… this would be a good facility for that”.

The golf range at the course is currently open for those interested.
