It’s a celebration of a program that is making a difference in the lives of those with disabilities. The 25th anniversary of the Life Sharing program was held at the Barber National Institute.
Since it’s inception the program has helped 60 adults by connecting them with providers. Providers take an adult with disabilites into their homes to form an enduring and long term relationship.
“These individuals with disabilities are part of our community,” said Associate Director of Life Sharing Cassie Pilarski.
