A man charged with the death of his wife now has even more time before facing a jury.
John Grazioli was originally scheduled for trial in October, then November, and now February. Investigators say the defendant fatally shot his wife, Amanda Grazioli, then left a note admitting to the crime. That note indicating he also planned to commit suicide.
The case gained national attention after Grazioli went to St. Peter Cathedral and allegedly told a priest about the murder.
The crime happened in March at the couple’s home in Millcreek. Grazioli’s new trial date is scheduled to begin on February 4th.
