Jr’s Last Laugh strikes deal with Erie Redevelopment Authority

Local News

ERIE, Pa. — A deal with the Erie Redevelopment Authority has secured the home of Jr’s Last Laugh Comedy Club in downtown Erie.

The Redevelopment Authority has owned the top two floors of the four-story building at 1402 State St., while the business that owns the comedy club has had control of the bottom two floors.

But a deal between the two has changed that.

The top two floors were renovated by the Redevelopment Authority and sold to the comedy club for $25,000.
