The wait continues to see if a convicted murder will get a new trial.
Twenty-two year-old Darion Eady appeared back in court Monday for the second hearing on if he will receive a new trial.
Eady was convicted of third degree murder in February for the shooting death of 16-year-old Elijah Jackson in July 2015.
A family-friend of Eady claimed she heard one of the jurors say she knew the victims family, and the defense is trying to get a new trial based on jury misconduct.
One last witness testimony was heard in court Monday morning.
The defense attorney says the juror in question could not be reached in anyway to be questioned.
The judge is reviewing the record and JET 24/FOX 66 is still waiting for his ruling.
