Jury finds man guilty of murder

A jury finds Joshua Walker guilty of criminal homicide and aggravated assault and aquitted on robbery and possession of instrument of crime charges.
 
These charges were in relation to the beating death of 39-year-old David Mclendon-Tate in August of 2014.
 
Tate died of blunt force trauma to the head, his body was found on a sidewalk near the intersection of Delaware and Ottawa avenues.
 
Walker is set to be sentenced July 22nd for the crime.
