An Erie man is set to be sentenced today, following a 2016 shooting.
Quran Lindsey-Cooley was charged with shooting a 29-year old man in a car on the corner of East 23rd and Wallace streets last year.
However, he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and firearm charges, and the attempted homicide charge was dropped.
He will be sentenced for aggravated assault at 8:45a.m. in front of Judge John Garhart.
