Lyft plans to seek between a $20 and $25 billion valuation as it prepares for its initial public offering. Company executives and bankers kick off their roadshow today meeting with potential investors.
Lyft is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ later this month. And, it is the first ride-sharing company to do so. Lyft’s main rival, Uber, is expected to debut in the next few months.
