A man accused of cutting a woman’s throat making a motion to withdraw his plea from guilty to not guilty.
Lynard Carr pleaded guilty to attempted homicide, possession of a weapon, and simple assault back in February. However, on April 10th, his attorney filed a motion on his behalf to withdraw his guilty plea.
35-year-old Carr allegedly assaulted a 37-year-old woman with a knife in the 7700 block of Edinboro Road in May of 2018.
Judge John Mead ordered the prosecution to file a response within 10 days.
