Police pulled over 20-year-old Zachary Overholts in June to investigate suspicious circumstances. According to police, Overholts didn’t stop and a chase ensued in Millcreek Township. He eventually crashed into two other cars at the intersection of Peach Street and Gore Road.

Today, the judge sentenced Overholts to 10-54 months in a state correctional institution, however, he was also revoked for two separate offenses, adding up to a total of 22-78 months behind bars.
