The man accused of setting fire to Fred’s Beds and Furniture last year is sentenced in Erie County court on different charges Tuesday morning.
Tony Crawford, 32, of Millcreek, is sentenced to nine to 18 years in state prison for burglary, receiving stolen property and drug charges.
He also will be on probation for five years following his prison sentence.
However, Crawford is also facing arson-related federal charges.
He is accused of starting the fire that completely destroyed Fred’s Beds and Furniture last February.
That case is moving forward in federal court after he pleaded not guilty to those charges.
