A man accused of shooting at police was in the Erie County Courthouse for a bond hearing Monday.
71-year old Anthony Lacastro allegedly fired multiple rounds from an AR-15 rifle at state police while they were responding to a domestic dispute.
The incident happening in the 2300 block of Dorn road in January.
He’s facing multiple charges including attempted murder, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
A judge set bond at 500-thousand dollars following the preliminary hearing, but his attorney thought that amount was too high.
The judge did not end up making a final decision Monday.
