ERIE, Pa. — Police arrested a man following a high-speed chase and crash near the Millcreek Mall on Saturday.
Police said Jonathan White, 32, was speeding on Interstate 79 near the Meadville exit while he was being chased by police until he collided with another vehicle on Interchange Road.
White fled on foot, but was caught a short time later and is now in the Crawford County jail.
