ERIE, Pa. — A man will face trial for allegedly crashing into a police car and fleeing officers while under the influence of drugs.
The judge bound of all charges against 30-year-old Zane Lindstrom at his preliminary hearing Tuesday morning.
He’s facing a long list of charges that include fleeing law enforcement, accidents involving injury, aggravated assault by vehicle and using drugs.
The charges come from a December incident on Route 77 where Corry police reportedly followed Lindstrom’s car and attempted to stop him when Lindstrom crashed into a patrol car, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree injuring passengers.
Lindstrom was also reported as under the influence of meth.
Lindstrom is also facing charges for other incidents.
Those were also bound over for trial.
