Man charged with furnishing an underage man with liquor; charges follow a fatal crash on I-90

A Waterford man is accused of giving alcohol to a 19-year-old charged in a crash that killed a construction worker.

A 26-year-old Wisconsin woman died after she was hit by a car on August 21st on Interstate 90.  Jacqueline Ohly was working on a road construction project at the time.  19-year-old Eric West of Erie is already facing charges including homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence.

Now, state police have filed misdemeanor counts of selling or furnishing liquor or brewed beverages to minors against 29-year-old Tyler Morgan of Waterford. 

Troopers say Morgan bought liquor and beer for West and another 19-year-old the night before the deadly crash.
