A man who harassed convenience store customers is behind bars on gun charges.
Police said Richard A. Ross II, 28, harassed customers and begged them for money at the Manus A-Plus mini market in the 100 block of East 12th Street around 11:20 p.m. Sunday.
Ross refused to cooperate with police after they stopped him from walking from the store.
Officers found a loaded 12-gauge shotgun when they gave him a pat-down.
Ross is in Erie County Prison on $50,000 bond.
