Man injured in Jamestown, N.Y., after drive-by shooting

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — Jamestown police are looking for a suspect involved in a drive-by shooting that left one man with several bullet wounds.

A man was reportedly walking along East Eighth Street and Prendergast Avenue when a car pulled along side and opened fire, striking the victim several times around 2:15 p.m. Sunday. 

The man was taken to the hospital, but there is no word on his condition.

This is the latest of several shootings that have occurred in Jamestown over the past several weeks.
