A father learns his fate in court after his baby boy dies.  Trevor Austin admitted to leaving his 11-month-old son alone in a bathtub and not being there when the baby drowned.

Austin will spend nearly one to two years in prison plus five years probation after being sentenced in Erie County Court today. Austin was sentenced on multiple charges including reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was initially charged with involuntary manslaughter, but the charges were lessened after he entered into a plea deal.
