A man charged with resisting arrest related to a stolen State Police cruiser is sentenced for the crime.
28 year old Anthony Kuroda is sentenced to spend 16 months to just over 4 years in prison for aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
This after an incident last year where police say a State Trooper’s vehicle was stolen while attempting to arrest Kuroda on charges related to a domestic incident.
Kuroda turned himself in shortly after the incident.
A Judge mandated he write an apology letter to State Police as apart of his sentence.
